♥ BERUNTUNGNYA WANITA ♥

1.) Dia bekerja dengan Tuhan..jadi 'kilang 'manusia.Tiap-tiap bulan dia diberi cuti bergaji penuh..7 sehingga 15 hari sebulan dia tak wajib sembahyang tetapi Allah anggap diwaktu itu sembahyang terbaik darinya.

2.) Cuti bersalin juga sehingga 60 hari.Cuti ini bukan cuti suka hati tapi, cuti yang Allah beri sebab dia bekerja dengan Allah..Orang lelaki tak ada cuti dari sembahyang...sembahyang wajib baginya dari baligh sehingga habis nyawanya..

3.) Satu lagi berita gembira untuk wanita,sepanjang dia mengandung Allah sentiasa mengampunkan dosanya..lahir saja bayi,seluruh dosanya habis.. Inilah nikmat Tuhan beri kepada wanita, jadi kenapa perlu takut nak beranak?

Marilah kita pegang kepada tali Allah.

Seandainya wanita itu mati sewaktu bersalin,itu dianggap mati syahid..Allah izinkan terus masuk Syurga..Untuk orang kafir dia tak dapat masuk Syurga tapi Allah beri kelonggaran siksa kubur.

4.) Untuk peringatan semua wanita yang bersuami:seluruh kebaikan suaminya,semuanya isteri dapat pahala tetapi dosa-dosa suami dia tak tanggung.

5.) Diakhirat nanti seorang wanita solehah akan terperanjat dengan Pahala extra yang banyak dia terima diatas segala kebaikan suaminya yang tak disedari..

Bila dia lihat suaminya termengah-mengah di titian Sirat,dia tak nak masuk syuga tanpa suaminya,jadi dia pun memberi pahalanya kepada suami untuk lepas masuk syurga.

Di dunia lagi, kalau suami dalam kesusahan isteri boleh bantu tambah lagi di akhirat.Kalau seorang isteri asyik merungut,mulut selalu muncung terhadap suami dia tak akan dapat pahala extra ini.

6. )Manakala suami pula mempunyai tugas-tugas berat didalam dan diluar rumah, segala dosa-dosa anak isteri yang tak dididik dia akan tanggung ditambah lagi dengan dosa-dosa yang lain.

yess..i am fasting..n it was not an easy task..

well..last saturday..syafeeq was here in melaka..

so, jalan2 tyme..

went to kara weds-->coconut shake-->dp-->mp-->jonker-->pak putra-->tmn chempaka-->dp again 4 a mubi

*pheww*..wat a list!!

erm..no picca 4 da weds..lupe amek gamba..*silly me*

but heres da coconut shake..any1?? yummy!!

it was a sunny day..so coconut shake is satisfactions!!

then, head off to dp n mp..

searching 4 kak ita's baby gift..

i was lyke.."baby smellss" in the baby department stores..

babies is always smells nice;p

head off 2 jonker after mgrb..

nadia n me get wat we craving for..

*its jonker fried ice cream*

rainbow flava..yummy!

and i bought a sandals since mine was worn out..

its not totally lyke in da picca..

but the height is..teheee;p

mine was a lil bling2;p

n yess, weneva we went 2 jonker..

its either asam pedas or pak putra wil b our choices..

so, we ate ciken tandoori+ pasanda+cheese nan+butter nan= chubby me!

as she has 2 attend a kenduri on Sunday..

it was my 1st tyme trying out diz frozen yogurt ektly;p

n its yummylicious!

try out the blueberry n redberries flavour n its recommended!

sorry but i think its worth it compared to da one selling wif the donnuts..

looks interesting to me..

been eyeing for another 3 books..ngah sale 50% ryte now..so. y not ryte..

Then, i bought 2 eyeliners..

2day is da 1st day for diz new sem..n 1st day sleeping in my new rented ouse..
feel a lil weird tho ektly..but2..everything goes on as plan..

But it shows that I'm always thinking of you and your "mummy". It's hard for me to come over to Melaka or to squeeze you and Amal into my tight schedule but I can manage something. But did you realise that by drinking a glass of water before you eat a meal could decrease your appetite? If you give in to this temptation, that’s where the trouble begins because it’s almost guaranteed that whatever you eat in the evening will be added on as extra bodyweight since you won’t have time to work off the calories consumed. So the solution to warding off hunger in the evening is to drink a cup of your favorite tea in the evening to maintain a full feeling.

SLIMMING TIP #3: Deny yourself. It’s proven that if you get a hankering for say pizza or ice cream or anything else that’s calorie loaded and outside your meal times … one of the best moves you can make is to give yourself 15 minutes to deny those hunger signals. Often before 15 minutes are up, you’ll be surprised how those “irresistible cravings” disappear.

SLIMMING TIP #4: Eat more often. By eating five to six small to medium sized meals per day, you will prime your metabolism to burn calories faster than you would if you eat three meals a day.

SLIMMING TIP #5: Early big meals. Many people eat their biggest meal in the evening. As such, your body has limited time to make use of the tremendous calorie dump from that large evening meal. You simply won’t do enough physical activity in the evening as our body’s biorhythm usually slows down. Those excess calories will turn into fat – guaranteed. Can you see why eating bigger meals in the morning or for lunch makes more sense?

SLIMMING TIP #6: Early exercise. By exercising early in the morning, preferably before breakfast, you can speed up your metabolism more easily than if you exercise later in the day.

SLIMMING TIP #7: Include cheat meals. Ideally you want to follow this strategy after you’ve strictly followed a diet for some time. Once you think you’re ready, you can choose to give yourself one or two cheat meals during the week. This will liven up your meal times and it’ll be a special reward for the hard work you’re doing. Salam..hye bloggie..v meet again..hurm..dat day i read a novel titled "adam & hawa"..interesting..n just now..i just done wif "cuma dia".. seems lyke im into malay novel currently..

Every tyme i read novels, i aways feel lyke im da one who faced ol kind of situation in dat novel..at least i learn sumthing n use it in my daily life..it useful sumtymes i admit..

As for 2day, i spent tyme wif kak nadia..its kindda ages i din meet her n hv a real conversation..n at da same tyme,met diz one person..

Sumtymes, i dunno who shud i trust more..i just dunno y..ok lets make it short..i noe diz hamba Allah last sem..same class wif me..but then..since i noe diz hamba Allah till now..my ears keep on getting ol da bad news n in4 bout diz hamba Allah..

Da thing is..shud i trust o shud i just ignored..i myself blurr..but 4 da tyme being..diz hamba Allah din do anything bad to me..so as long as dat keep going..i'll just b fine i guess..bt still..kindda worried..
